Chef Watanabe, who has extensive experience in Italian cuisine in addition to his foundation in French cooking, presents the "Sky Lunch," which allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors all at once, from appetizers that bring out the charm of Hiroshima's seafood and mountain produce, to a choice of pasta that lets you enjoy the flavors of spring, to a main dish that lets you fully savor the richness of beef, and a dessert specially made by the pastry chef.
